Not much. Close to the airport.
Train track right next to hotel. Runs constantly. Old & rundown.

Although the price was okay, we would not recommend this hotel. It sits right next to a train track & the train runs constantly through the night & day. Old & run down with a need to be updated. $2.00 service fee not mentioned & safes cost more to use in room. Does have a small refrigerator. ...read more

Breakfast was ok.
It is an older unit next to active railroad tracks.

Trains all night, people on first level pulled their furniture out of the room and had beer and pizza on the walk in front of their two rooms.

Far from the beach. Small breakfast room. Noisy. Rooms need renovation. Dark.

Rooms need renovation. Room was really dark. Weak lights. Small, dark, noisy, and uncomfortable bathroom (toilet and shower). Breakfast room was small for the number of guests and size of hotel. This is below average hotel.
Guest reception untrained paying $2 per day for so called taxes over the prepaid to price, this was for safe cost even if not used.

Room not clean, untrained reception staff, very noisy with rail track less than 200 yds from room being charged for safe $2 per day even if not used.

Nearby delivery restaurants are great!
Had to go and get batteries for remote and it still didn't work, phone didn't work, little bugs in bathroom.

Near I 95 and continental breakfast good.
One elevator not working.

I have been twice with my wife and kids and had no problems. Had pool and continental breakfast for 69 in July which is ok.

Fire alarms going off during all times of the night, constant running toilet to name a few.

This was a bad hotel which I paid a lot of money per night. The hotel was next to a train track which blew it's horn right at the hotel day and night. Fire alarms that were faulty and went off day and night (you didn't know if there was a fire or not). There were 2 elevators, 1 didn't work and the other sounded like it was going to break and it reached our floor, the toilet ran, the phone didn't work some of the time, the girl that was working nights for the hotel hated it she said these types of things happen all the time and everyone would call and complain. ...read more
